Cookbook author, TV Personality on Ready Steady Cook on SABC 3 and self-taught foodie has built a loyal following on Instagram and TikTok under the brand Feed My Tribe — a warm, honest online space for soulful, family-friendly South African cooking.
Mmule’s story is both contemporary and deeply rooted in tradition. A proud daughter of Soweto, she first discovered her love of food in her grandmother’s kitchen at age 11. Her debut cookbook, Feed My Tribe, launched in 2023 and celebrates modern recipes and methods of cooking, modern takes on traditional South African meals, inspired by family, travel, and working-mom life.
